I loved this pet-friendly hotel, its staff and rooms.

I loved that the hotel was impressive and clean. The food was excellent and the location was stunning. I tried some drinks at bar Old Times Night Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

Well, no dinner.

Everything was very good, loved our good stay. We spent 2 nights in riverside room with nice bathroom and balcony, as for instance. Was a fabulous base for xmas.

Its location and staff were very good, and for us everything was perfect. We ate at the hotel's a la carte restaurant on ground floor, loved it.

Cheerful venue, value for money. Tasteful breakfast, RELATIVELY QUIET location, reasonably clean place overall. I enjoyed a nice decor and antique furniture. Efficient hotel centrally located in the city.

Elegant building, beautiful staff and rooms. Room was spacious and with good beds. Liked slices of fresh bread, pancakes, meats, bakery and fresh fruit for breakfast. Corporate hotel in an excellent area of Karlovy Vary. The beach nearby was lovely and the view was fantastic. Plunge pool, fabulous bar.

excellent, a good size room and genuinely professional staff, strong wi-fi. english breakfast food was very tasty. there was an exceptional restaurant, stores and boutiques next door.

Very cordial people working here, serene place. Impeccable room, rattan furniture. The service was exceptional, breakfast was savoury. Extraordinarily good value for money in a resort area.

Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi was weak.

Staff was excellent, rooms are generous-sized, and I loved very nice good location. Food was fantastic, well priced. Healthy beers, juices and cocktails in the juice bar, complimentary parking place.

The hotel has second to none food and staff, I enjoyed it.

The location was comfy, staff were ready to help. I had pleasantly decorated room with basic facilities I needed - terrace, WiFi and TV. Healthy dishes were served at the grill restaurant.

My favorite hotel in Karlovy Vary, the staff was pretty friendly. The room was airy, the lobby bar was traditional. The staff provided an English breakfast, which was outstanding. Restaurant in property was elegant and the pool area was lovely.

The hotel was so clean and magnificent, loved the perfect beds. The staff made my stay nice. Pls, give receptionist my regards! The breakfast was absolutely superb with variety of meals🙂

The room was good sized, liked the service, it was GREAT. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. We went to Restaurant Prague, located only a short distance to the hotel, to have some dinner. Besides, there was private parking. This property is equal to 5 stars.

Would happily return if in Karlovy Vary. The room was large and the service was friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of options.

Embassy Restaurant was set 10 minutes walk away. Characterful base for a city trip in Karlovy Vary.

Room was nice and very comfortable for short stay. The river view was a bonus.
